The Clan prides itself on the kind nature of its members. They are, with a few exceptions, trustworthy, reliable, helpful.

Furuta is one of those exceptions.

He is an entertainer by nature, but only to himself. If others don’t enjoy his mischief, that matters little to him, if they suffer for it, that matters even less. He is a prankster, a trickster, and anything he does is for him and him alone.

He carries the guise of a jester, claims that he is a fortune teller; for some pay, of course, his services are yours. And they always keep falling for it! Really, it’s almost a sad sight - if it weren’t hilarious foremost.

Not a soul knows whether there is any truth to his fortunes. Intentionally vague, oftentimes foreboding; such is their trademark. If they weren’t true before, then he will make sure of it: hexes come easier than blessings, after all, and he has to keep up the act somehow - with some luck, they’ll be back anyways hoping things change.

They never do, of course.

Perhaps they don’t trust a fortune teller - fine, then the second mask comes on. Even at gambling, the cards are his to control as he pleases, and if luck itself is having an uncooperative day, he’ll make it think otherwise. It’s too easy, it really is!

Having claimed the Clan as his base of operations, Furuta has shown a remarkable talent in finding other dragons who deal in dishonesty. Having started to forge alliances with them - as much as that can be said about those types of dragons working together - it’s yet to be clear what will come of such a thing.
