I am the greatest and most powerful dragon across the land. Yes, Fabius has a very twisted self image.
Fabius dreamt of becoming a big and powerful dragon, yet elegant and obviously handsome. Like a Coatl. Magnificent! So when he finally got his hands on a scroll he was ecstatic. Little did he know that the merchant had tricked him. He shrank and shrank, and then he shrank some more. What the fudge?!

He can sulk for days and days at times, woeing over his tiny stature. Lamenting over his nakedness. Why will no tailor help me? Why do they all refuse to make him clothes?!

So on his good days he works as a personal stylist for hire. He will help you find that perfect outfit just for you, or redecorate your lair so that the in laws will love you. And he is good. Very stylish. But he just can't dress himself, and it irks him. Maybe one day he could save enough money for a new scroll, a Coatl or Wildclaw, so that he can be his best version of himself. If he finds a vendor that he trusts. And then maybe, just maybe, he can get his revenge on the shady merchant who tricked him.
