"C'mon Stoneflight, this ore vein is really, really high-quality! Can we mine out just this one? Please?"
Tough-looking on the outside but a lively puffball if even half a second is spent getting to know him, Hypnos basically only looks intimidating because he loves the mysterious inventor aesthetic! He moved away from Lightning for a reason he won't disclose, but he insists that it's not important; no one in Lightning needed a law/peacekeeper anyways, so he was out of a job there. Everyone else (even his mate, Nightshade) is just as confused, but everyone agrees he's good at the job, pretty harmless, and a nice presence, so everyone likes/tolerates him.
