Quiet, clever, vain

Shula came from a background of above-average wealth and education. By pooling resources, she founded the Empyreal clan together with Hjalti. Their aim: attract as many talented and intelligent dragons as possible, creating a bastion of research, art, and science. They gave money freely and encouraged many dragons to move in, and were successful in their aim. Perhaps too successful. The scope of their dream quickly bloated in size and scope, and they were not equipped for the challenge of juggling hundreds of dragons, each with their own demands and eccentricities.

Although she has stepped back from being the primary leader, she still exerts her influence in other ways. She adores feathers, beads, silks, and jewels of all kinds. She's so enamored with shining and shimmering objects that she encourages all members to wear them. Ironically, one of the few clan members to resist her idea was Hjalti.

Clanmates that look especially shiny or attractive earn her favor. Many of the clan members focus on beautifying the lair premises to her tastes.
