Larimar wishes she was born to the Lightning Flight, so much so that she dabbles with electricity in dangerous ways. More than once has she been sent to the clan medic singed and smoking, possibly after doing something as witless as sticking a fork in an outlet.

Larimar is one of the few dragons who were part of the clan before they left the Tangled Wood for the Light territories. Despite how impulsive and childish she is most of the time, she is capable of responsible decisions if the situation demands it and is never afraid to speak up when she sees something as unfair.

She flirts shamelessly with Hotte, a wildclaw huntress from an ally clan, and keeps good relations with most of her clanmates, despite of some of them being annoyed with her.

Larimar has a fondness for weird and dangerous-looking (or just plain dangerous) animals, and genuinely cannot understand how a huge spider or a centipede larger than most Faes can really be a problem when roaming freely around her lair (to be honest, most dragons have learned not to get too close to the entrance). Her Crowned Bonepriest is one of the main reasons some dragons dislike her - with Larimar's restlessness and enthusiasm, she often forgets to feed or tend to her familiar, and is completely clueless as to how some dragons don't find the insect attractive. It just wants to play, really!

The Bonepriest is, however, completely obsessed with her and follows her around everywhere, much like lots of other weird creatures.

Larimar is a skilful engineer, despite being largely self-taught and quite reckless in her research methodology. She is, however, infinitely aware and respectful of other dragons' lives and health - not once has she helped injured or sick dragons improve their lives with her machinery. Pyrope's metal prosthetics are just one example of her craft. She often teams up with the jewellers and artists of the clan to give her mechanical creations that little bit of extra flair.
