Gem and Treasure Hunter I believe my hide says enough about why I hunt Gems.
Origins - Orion had been your average Coatl. Sort of. He had come to the clan with nothing more than the feathers on his chest, yet acted as though he were royalty. Not truly the case, but he didn't care. All the Gems in the world were his to own! He explained this by stating that he was born with the skin of Gems themselves. He ignores those blasphemers who state that it's just the Crystal / Facet gene. Surely they're just jealous of his beauty! When gems went missing, everyone turned to him, wondering just what he'd bought this time. That was before.
He'd been sent on a digging mission so the clan could get some more Gems. While adamantly against the idea at first, he soon found a reason to go. Turns out there were some beautiful Gems to find! During one of these searches, the team found themselves in the Tangled Wood. Orion stumbled upon an old ruin, glowing with neon shrooms and soft crystals. He was pleasantly surprised to find a hoard of Gems. Before he could report this find, he caught sight of an odd, glowing mask. No matter what he did to try and turn away, it always seemed to catch his eye. Against his better judgement, he donned the mask. Little did he know that he'd made the biggest mistake of his life. A ghost, tied to the mask, now inhabits Orion's body, matching his old personality rather well while vying for power within the clan, something he'd never done before. Some dragons question the mistral wisps that float from behind the drake, but only a select few truly understand that something is off. His mate truly knows what happened, as she's seen that mist take the shape of her beloved, faint and indistinct behind himself. She'd confronted the specter in the mask, who claimed she was Artemis the Huntress, but let slip that her true name was Hahana. She couldn't recall the name afterwards, however. His mate hopes that she can save Orion soon, but for now, all she can do is watch and wait for her chance... and realizes she's not as alone in her endeavor as she thought she was... Personality - This is where you put the odd stuff about your dragon. Hobbies, traits, weird quirks, etc. Mate - Let’s hear about your dragons mate! Or maybe their mates? If they have no mate(s) then feel free to brag about their friends! Or perhaps complain about their enemies? Clan Role - What does your dragon do for a living? Are they a hoarder? A merchant?
