Beloved Dragon Magnolia, or Maggie to her friends - which just about everyone she likes, which tends to be everyone she meets - is uncharacteristically friendly and warm for an Ice dragon. Taking from her mother Maggie enjoys talking other dragons' ears off and will happily offer - or straight up give - hugs to those who deserve one. Which is everyone. And she loves hugging. She has a keen interest in other dragon races and new things as a whole and will usually engage another dragon breed with a slew of questions pertaining to life as their kind. Really, she means well. She's just talkative. And inquisitive. And really loves giving hugs. Smaller races be warned: while a lightweight for her breed she is still heavy and has a strong grip. For all of her eccentricity and bounciness Maggie does hold some resentment for her father... and all the males that have taken advantage of her mother's doting nature. While her mother was the source of her optimistic outlook on life it hurts Magnolia to know that all of her siblings came from different fathers, all of which had their way and then left when the eggs were laid. Maggie is determined to not be like that and follow in her mother's footsteps. Another thing that puts others off of this hyperactive Ridgeback along with her being so unbearably nice is her tendency to eat. Maggie is always eating. Everyone unaware views this as greed and often chastises her for it. Yet she never seems able to gain weight; in fact it's the opposite with Maggie being fairly underweight for her age and size. It was only with Hyacinth's knowledge that she herself learned she may have a high metabolism.  |
