____Running. That's all Minley had done for the past, what, hour or so? She was out of breath, and well past hungry. The rations had ran out days ago. Leaves. Branches. Muck. All of this was in her talons, in between her wings, and spines. The crisp breath of the Icewarden hung in the colorful, autumn landscape, her talons crunching on fallen leaves and smaller patches of snow. Her ragged breathes came out as puffs of smoke that hung in the air then dissipated. Over and over, her mind buzzed with slightly less hopeful thoughts then earlier. I am almost there. I'll be there soon. Come on, keep up! As she ran, her mouth twitched, and her keen sense of smell detected hickory combustion further ahead. Her eyes widened then clamped shut, as her pained, tired gait picked up. The smell was stronger, and the ground felt flatter. Could it be? she wondered. She opened her pale blue eyes and started to lift her head when she slammed into someone.
____`Ack!` she exclaimed, as her body slid to the crisp floor. `Oh dear! Are you alright?` spoke a dulcet voice. Minley gazed upward to register an elegant Skydancer, draped in lovely cerulean silks, an appealing sweet aroma illuminating her alluring stature. `I am alright, I suppose. Thank you.` she'd reply, gathering her satchel and belongings, as she stood. `Where am I? Is this your clan?` `Why I suppose it is, along with my Jaanu¹.` As she smiled, Minley felt warmth, as if they were meant to meet. `May I have the blessing of your name?` `Minley.` `Ah, Minley. Quite lovely. I am Peintingu.` She smiled. `Welcome to the Hikari Clan.`

PEINTINGU

____You walk through the wooden archway of a door, into a rounded study, furnished by hickory seating and tables. Windows surround the room, letting in golden rays of sun, honoring the Lightweaver. `Hello, Clan Leader Peintingu,` you'd say, bending into a bow. `Welcome welcome, {your name}. What brings you here on this fine day?` `I wanted to know a bit more about Minley.` Peintingu looks up from her wooden tablet as you speak. `Ah, Minley.` A smile appears on the Female Leaders solemn face. `She is quite the reliable companion. Her name brings a wave of joy to many in our clan, as she has developed tight bonds with a favorable amount of us.` She shifts her gaze from the circular window, to your bowed head. `Why do you ask?` `No reason. Have a good day.`

SUPEKKURU

After speaking to the Female Leader, you decide to get the Male's input. As you enter the rounded study opposite of Peintingu's you knock. Supekkuru glances up at you as you bow your head. `Hello, Clan leader Supekkuru.` `How can I help you?` He smiles. `Would you mind telling me about Minley?` The male's eyes crinkled at the mention of the Advisor. `Oh, Minley! She is unbelievably helpful, and, she is great with the hatchlings.` The male chuckled. `She ultimately has no rivals or foes in our clan, per say.` The male tilts his head thoughtfully, considering the idea a bit more.`Yeah. That's correct. Well, is that all?` `Yes. Thank you for your time.` `Alright. Farewell.`

KIMURI

____As you cross the overgrown, rainforest canopy walkway, dodging the masses of tangled vines creeping up the dull walkway, you reach a enter a warm, shaded tree house. `Knock, Knock.` You shout. `Come in.` A deep voice exclaims from inside. You enter and smile at the small mirror, inclining your head. `Oh, hello, {your name}. Do you need something?` He asks. `Yes actually. What do you think of Minley?` `Oh. Well even though I work beside her, I've never really interacted with her. However, she is super kind.` `Ah, alright. Have a good one.` `You as well.` He says as you exit.

WYN

____You enter the tranquil teepee labeled by a wooden marker, inscribed on it, WYN. You lift the curtain and hear a noise, like a heavy object dropped on parchments, and raise your head to see Wyn sweeping her books and piles of parchments into piles behind her with her long whip-like tail. `Ah sorry, did I interupt something?` Wyn glances up at you and exhales. `No no. Come in come in. How can I help you?` She says. `I see you've been speaking to Minley often. What's she like?` `Ahh.` Wyn smiles. `She's amazing. Hilarious, charming, influential, smart. I love her. Of course, as a friend.` Wyn chuckles. `You should speak with her yourself. She'll definitely like to meet you. She loves meeting new people. See when I first came to the clan, Pein sent Minley to examine my wounds and we kind of bonded after that.` Wyn exhales once more then picks up a few parchments on the ground, placing them on her table.
