The Double Agent ☠ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Occupation: Grim Reaper Dispatch Region: Hewn City, Sunbeam Ruins Department: Forensics Position: Officer IDs: Male (he/him), asexual, panromantic Personality Othello is a geeky, cheeky, yet highly intelligent individual. And quite sadistic as well! He takes his work seriously but is a major geek about biology and machinery. He is known to steal contraptions and devices he does not understand so he can pick them apart to understand how they work and what they do. Othello teases his coworkers and is typically quite cheerful and bouncy. However he can also show a mean streak, able to deal crippling blows with spells that are a combination of magic and science, and he will gleefully take |
History
Poor at actually doing the field work of harvesting souls that is common with reaperkind, Othello instead took up work in the Forensics Department. He feels much more at home surrounded by the strange equipment in the lab than he ever would hope to feel out on the field. Despite not being suited for field work, he does love visiting the realm of the living and observing the daily lives of the creatures in that realm. He shares the curiosity of the living with Undertaker, who he greatly respects and admires. For all the high regard he holds Undertaker in, there was no hesitation from Othello when he sided with Grell to fight the legendary reaper in a battle to bring the deranged deserter into custody. He and Grell go way back to Grell's academy days and the two are practically siblings.
Further Insight
He's quite short, even shorter than Alan! Being a few heads shorter than his fellow reapers makes them laugh and put their elbows on his head. His mane and tail fluff is also way fluffier than his coworkers seeing as he never combs either of them out - he claims his bird's nest style hair enhances his 'mad scientist' look, then laughs about it.
Relationships
William - enjoys getting on his nerves and pulling pranks but otherwise doesn't care what William thinks of him
Grell - loves to push Grell's buttons but overall they have a good friendship, they worked together on the Blue Cult case
Undertaker - serves to provide information about Dispatch to Undertaker, he looks up to the legend as anyone reaper does and is curious about his accomplishments with the Bizarre Dolls
Sebastian - extremely curious about him, wishes he had more time to take samples and conduct tests but fears being attacked so keeps his distance
