Hiemisfatum

Living in the Southern Icefield can be hard, and for a long time, Hiemis wandered its harsh, icy expanses alone, never calling one, single place home. His focus was purely on existing and surviving during that time. The day came, however, when he decided to start up a clan. The first step was in claiming a section of territory, and then adjusting it to suit the needs of multiple dragons. This may have taken longer than would otherwise be necessary, as he'd never lived perpetually with other dragons before and kept second-guessing whether one choice was better than another or not.

Thankfully, another dragon happened upon his attempts during one of his frequent sessions of quiet disgruntlement. She had far more experience with other dragons and clans, and what sort of homes they lived in, and offered a helping claw, adjusting the lair designs where they needed it, and teaching Hiemis a little about how to piece together sturdy structures. Ultimately, they finished a very basic, but acceptable, lair. The female dragon, while well-traveled, had never joined a clan before, but decided to join Hiemis'. Hiemis figured it was just as well, since the female would never blend in with the tundra with her brightly-colored scales. It was just safer for her this way. And now, with another dragon living with him, Hiemis officially had a clan, small though it may have been.

Other dragons have joined since, but the clan is still very young. Nevertheless, Hiemis takes the survival and protection of his clan extremely seriously. Of course, Hiemis was a serious dragon to begin with. And while he can come off as cold or brooding, he's actually very considerate, compassionate and selfless, with an instinctual code of honor. He just doesn't express himself very well when he isn't warding off danger. And if there's one thing he's good at, it's surviving in the frozen wilds. His determination alone can be downright imposing.

Of course, he isn't without his flaws. Unfortunately, he's often times so busy looking ahead, he misses what's right in front of him. Figuratively, of course. His lack of experience outside of the Southern Icefield, or even with just socializing in general, is another encumbrance. Luckily, Versortis, the very dragon who helped him start his clan, can usually make up for this. Isn't she nice?

Dang! After all this time... Does Auraboa fix his horrendous tert?

Branches' wood matches his primary (but the blossoms look like tiny lettuce heads.)

Giraffe/Weaver/Branches

Paradise looks like frost-tipped greenery (such as grass.)


And Rockbreaker's geodes' outer shell looks like the same color as his primary, like he's bursting from the ground or something! (I still don't like the bright green there, though, even if it is a cold shade of it.)
