Liquid Golem
"Water is life's matter and matrix, mother and medium. There is no life without water."

All water has memory, and it remembers that it came from the sea. But rarely does water get a chance to take control over where it is going, rather than following the path of least resistance.

Turquoise - mostly - appears to be a dragon. However, the creature before you is actually a sort of a golem. A freshwater spirit that made himself a body out of river rock and water because he wanted to explore the world in a more self-directed way.

While Turquoise did a very good job on the body he created, the spirit sometimes has a hard time holding onto his form. If he gets particularly interested in something, little bits of water or stone can break free and be left behind. Because of this, you’ll see the ‘waves’ that follow him around trying to get back into place in his structure.

Everything is a delight to this now-free creature, but Turquoise is especially curious about everything to do with the ocean. Because the spirit came to being in freshwater, however, he has to wear an amulet when in the sea so as not to lose cohesion in a different type of liquid. Something about the salt just throws off his concentration.

Chaotic Daydreams is the best place for someone who loves the ocean. Half of the lair lies either next to or under a secluded bay. Turquoise can explore to his content with the crew of the Nobody's Princess and not worry about the reactions of others who may be afraid of someone different. Eventually he may get bored and go back to being a spirit… but it won’t be any time soon.
