You are visiting the Disillusionists' clan. Some of them have mentioned "statistics" and you are curious about what this means. The dragons ask if you'd like to talk to the clan statistician, and you agree.
The Skydancer sentries lead you to the back of the clan compound. There was once a stone floor here, but a part of it has fallen away. The rubble forms a shattered staircase that leads down to a vast, dark cavern. Beneath, just at the edge of the light, you see the gleam of a deep pool.
With soft warnings to watch your step, the Skydancers help you down. You stand where the light meets the darkness. At the edge of your vision, at the bottom of the pool, you see a pale glow, but it moves away as you turn to look at it. Meanwhile, the Skydancers are squinting into the shadows, softly calling a name.
An eldritch Imperial dragoness melts out of the darkness. If not for the gleam of her fiery eyes, it would be difficult to know she was there. The Skydancers cheerfully assure you that you'll be all right, and just before they leave, they politely introduce you to the black dragon.
