What looks like the wings of this dragon is actually a carefully cultivated and shaped colony of coral and anemone. Her real wings were lost in a fire, and due to trauma she has a great fear of the surface. Reef caretaker of the Crystal Springs, her charge is a giant brain coral and its symbiotes.
As a Guardian, a breed created by the mighty Tidelord, she was able to re-awaken her kind's gills. The price to pay was a relief to her; all fire magic disappeared from her body. She can still feel it in her mind sometimes, like a phantom limb, but it no longer scares her. Being freed from her element, the only magic she can use is shields and healing spells.
