Biography
Travels all around to bring back trinkets for Tempest’s Hoard and collects materials to trade with Swipp. She’s never successfully bargained with him, but she hopes to one day.
[finance/vault dreg] keeps a close eye on Cel’s work, being a judgmental little bugger.
Her pocket mouse familiar finds her bags a cozy home to rest in.

adventuring is in Cel's bones, she's never in one place for long (and dont tell her but she's lev role model), but started to call clan cloudmist her home base. now whenever she travels she makes sure to bring back random nick-nacks and souvenirs for tempest, her hoarding ...crushfriend and stock up on materials that are good for trading.
