Anubis

Character Info:

Anubis is an old dragon. Very old. But were there is age, at least in his case, there is wisdom. The only dragon that can best him in a battle of knowledge is the Archaist himself; someone Anubis has met on several occasions.

A Bit of Background:

Anubis was born to read. Every day he reads through at least 7 books, and when he is not reading, he is writing. Anubis' knowledge about the world and everything in it is so vast, that he built an entire establishment dedicated to the preservation of fact and fiction alike. This place, that he has named 'The Library' is located deep within the sunbeam ruins and is visited by hundreds of dragons every day. If you were to visit this place, the first thing that would catch your attention would be how big the place was. The ceiling is high enough up that even the largest imperial could fit very comfortably inside. The next thing of interest would be the huge statue made of gold and amethyst, positioned in a square, almost office like area, that had been cut into the rows apon rows of bookshelves. Even the three walls surrounding the statue, are filled with more books. By the time you would have taken all of this in, you will have realized that this huge, gleaming, slightly dusty statue, was defiantly not a statue. It would have slowly raised its head, shook the dust out of its main, and in a low, wise voice, it would have welcome you to the library.
