Name: Annmarie Dawnray. (Ann)

Occupation: Living Furnace/Heater.

Past: Annmarie, was born and raised in a small light clan. When she was young she was kidnapped by a wildclaw. What they did is a blank but, what was clear was, Annmarie, was left in a cage with intricate burns on her back that were certainly not there before. Time past slowly now, the wildclaw would check on her "progress" every now and then. What he was hoping for was unclear at the time. Then, somehow her element changed from light to that of fire, although she had very little control over it at the time, this had to be it, what he wanted. Suddenly a flash of emotions washed over her, she had no clue what would happen to her now. That's when the ground began to shake. By some miracle the key to her cage fell off the hook that held it, and onto the flour in front of her, she was overwhelmed but knew she couldn't waste the chance that had presented itself. Once free she searched for the exit, but while she searched she noticed barrels full of kerosene. She wanted to end it, she wanted to end him, and she had the time to do so. She spread the kerosene along every surface she could find, then waited at the entrance, she wanted to look them in the eye right before she burned all of it to the ground. She didn't think for a second she would be alive afterwards and it didn't matter either just as long as she took that horrible dragon with her. To her surprise she was alive and arose from the ashes with hardly a scratch. She found her way home to her family. They were so relived to see her but horrified at her wounds. Wounds in the formation of a bird that would only scar with time. They tried to cover it with cloths but with such little control over her new found power she would only burn them right off. Her father gave her the red leather jacket he had worn for as long as she could remember, and it seemed to have worked although, it did get a little charred around the edges, it remained. All finally seemed right, she was back with her clan and family and it was peaceful. But it did not last. Years later as she slept a fire began within the clan destroying everything. Everything but her. The screams eventually woke her up only to see her parent's room completely consumed by the flames. Still, now awake, Annmarie, did her best to help contain the fire. But, even with the fire contained there was no saving her clan. As she flew above the fire that night she saw him the wildclaw that took her. At first she thought she was going crazy but then again she never went looking for his body. She couldn't bring herself to tell anyone, she couldn't even accept it herself. With no better explanations being brought forth, it was thought the cause of the fire was the, Firebearer monkeys, that had been seen around the area as of late. Annmarie allowed herself to buy into the theory out of fear of the possible truth. After all, if he was the one that started the fire then he most likely did it to hurt, Annmarie.
