A note from Mother

Ah, a boy! I was delighted beyond words to see I had my first boy. A sweet little prince. Except... you might have had other ideas. I tried to coddle you and you shied away, I tried again and you yelped as if you were in pain. The moment that I backed off you were just fine, though. I realized, and it saddened me to know, that physical touch may have made you uncomfortable. You avoided the tussles your siblings would get in to, standing off to the side and preoccupying yourself with a passing bug. Your own mother's touch may not be of any comfort to you, but I desperately hope there is someone out there whose touch you do find enjoyment in. Embracing another is such a special feeling, I hate that you might miss out on it.

Elluin is a proud dragon, quiet and regal in bearing, despite a diminutive stature. He lives in the tallest cliff spire in Xemas territory and tends to the gardens that spring up naturally on top of the lairs, avoiding his clanmates by gliding over their heads on warm updrafts from the bay. His personal garden is a shrine to the Gladekeeper, because despite the years and great distance separating him from his place of birth, Elluin is still a devout follower of the deity who breathed him into life. 		aVEn35f.png
