» More than just mere candles--in fact Heinsick's near lack of magic wouldn't allow him to levitate even the simplest objects. Like much of the technology of the era, the candles mimic things that would once have been done with magic, in this case, simple levitation and illumination for the user. Their presence however seems more compulsory. Only Heinsick knows all they can truly do.

Bio Notes:
-It is well known that Coatl regard those of their species who are born with dull colors, to be harbingers of doom or ill fortune. Even in this day and age, that belief sticks around. Heinsick was a nickname he gave himself earlier on in his career. As an adolescent, Heinsick was cast out of his original clan. He was a trouble maker, and served to do nothing but prove the age-old belief right. Understandably, Heinsick felt betrayed and sour despite understanding his clan's motives. With nothing but the clothes on his back which he didn't wear because he was an angsty teen, Heinsick found work within one of the shady businesses within the Sorienth Citadel.

“Weird thing about coatls: We tend to assume others—even non coatls--have no other family if they have dull colors or names relating to dull or morbidness. Sometimes others do it to us. Even after generations off-planet, we still have trouble with that.”

Through many failures and successes, I can now confidently say that brewing and growing medicines is now less of a hobby, and more of an occupation. Hoo, I haven't heard a crew referred to as that since my schooling days when we were taught about the BBY era, or I suppose you're not familiar--Before the battle Yh'kann--the planet that is, that's what it stands for. Ah nonetheless I understand the question. While I used to be part of a mercenary group with many roles, I now aid a small cruiser named the Atlas. As part of my batchelor study I'm a biotechnician for the crew. Learning the ins and outs of working on a ship and making use of real time scenarios. Good stuff."

"Hey, just promise me you won't tell the rest of my crew this stuff alright? I wouldn't want this to come back and haunt them too... That just makes me feel icky inside. I guess it's guilt, or something."
