Third Birdskull of the Apocalypse
Famine Quote/Headline/Description Hunger did not bother with the formality or artistry of intricately crafting the bones of her mask. Instead, she affixed the partial skull of a White-Headed Vulture to her own face with a complicated series of woven fibers, laced with the bird's feathers and molted pink Paradise Zalis feathers. The incomplete birdskull retains only the bones of the upper mandible and the frontal plate. Since she finished assembling it, no dragon (including the other Horsemen) has seen her without the mask.
