Biography

Topaz is one of the most trusted dragons in the clan and takes the position as the head of guard. Despite his quick remarks and menacing look, he is quite caring once you get to know him enough. At a rather young age he was left to fend for himself in the Plague lands. Taking his basic knowledge of how to fight, he thrived on through the infected area. As he grew older his snow white body was now littered with scars from the countless fights he encountered in his quest to survive or die. While making his way through the Wandering Contagion looking for food, he would make a choice that would change him for the better. He spotted a small ivory Fae, tossing and turning trying to escape the grasp of the infectious tendrils. He stood there and watched for a long while, entranced at the wriggling of the dragon before him. His stomach growled and he thought to himself, should he keep going and look out for himself? After all it was survive or die out here. He sat and thought for a long while before finally getting up and slinking over to the trapped dragon. He could see his reflection in her Wind eyes, and what he saw was true fear at the dragon standing before her. She had obviously not seen a Plague dragon before...

He began to cut and bite at the tendrils, slowly but surely getting her loose. He expected her to fly away once he got her loose but instead, she laid there panting. He realized that she would die if he didn't get her to her home and immediately scooped her up in his arms and flew off towards the Windswept Plateau. With her help, he found her clan and pushed his way through dragons to her daughter, Myfina. Days passed as he waited for news on whether she would be ok or not, he stared up at the Cloudsong drifting in the gentle breezes, this place was so peaceful compared to the Scarred Wasteland. At long last Myfina flew up to him and lead him to her. She was still considerably weakened from the infectious tendrils, but otherwise doing okay. She thanked him and told him that her name was Oskeli and that he was welcome to stay in her clan. After a long moment of silence he took up the offer to stay in this ever-growing clan.
