» Titohl is a quiet necromancer who lives in a small abandoned tower not too far from Winterhome. Those who come close to his tower often note the skeletal birds and wildlife that seems to roam the area.

» Despite being a necromancer, he's actually quite gentle. He only uses his powers on small wildlife and, while that does tend to terrify those who become lost in the area, the wildlife is entirely harmless.

» He's practicing with the final goal of being able to save those who have recently died. He did once succeed in this, with the dragon Kenopsia, but it didn't go entirely as planned as her memory was lost and her behavior... not all there.

» Whenever Nathalia, his best friend, finds complete skeletons, she brings them to him to revive.
