Regulus

When Regulus was a hatchling an Arcane elder of his original clan attempted to blind him as a hatchling to be exalted after he read an ancient scroll. As a result despite his kind and nice nature he sometimes finds others difficult to trust. Until he joined Anduin's clan which gave him a home. When he met Shadouuzua and she brainwashed him by mistake he wanted to befriend her as he saw her view others negatively. He knew she was like him slightly. Though he's more quiet and kind hearted. Now after speaking to Shadouuzua, he appears to be the only dragon she doesn't treat with hostility or anger, instead she appears to be kind when he's among her company. Though he doesn't know about her backstory too well... Shadouuzua and even Anduin's clan have yet to learn about the scars he carries beneath the helmet he wears.


A recent adventure which began with him being requested to a lair to share knowledge about ancient dragons led him on an adventure alongside an ancient king possessing the dragon who had requested his aid. Azazel, the 'King of Death' wanted to find out why he had returned to the living and who he once was. The books that detailed all of Azazel in truth were in two locations. One in his old castle in the Sunbeam Ruins, the other, The Fortress of Ends. Though at the time his title was unknown even to Regulus. As the adventure went on Azazel changed his opinion on pearlcatchers and modern dragons seeing Regulus as a brother and Regulus sharing similar views of being brothers. Once Azazel's body was released and his spirit inhabiting it once more he saved Regulus from freezing in his former frozen tomb... even going as far as to heal his scars that had plagued him most of his life. But the journey didn't end... Azurite... Azazel's brother lived and as a result sent an assassin to stop his brother... targeting Regulus first with a, poison then Azurite using Regulus temporarily as a vessel to fool his brother into slaying Regulus. Which failed... as a result Azurite gained control of most of Regulus's family except Fortem. Azazel, saved Regulus again by transfering his life energy into him causing magic of Azazel's to develop in Regulus. Azurite used Regulus's family to protect himself against Eclipse's (Azazel's mate) army. Until Azurite himself fell to his brother... later on through magical means a second Regulus was created in Azazel's time. Yet both were unaware and led different lives. Now the ghost of the old Regulus returned and became one with the modern Regulus. As the older one had little memories of the past but held strong magic.

Regardless of the events. He is nearly shy to the point where dragons talk to him first to begin conversations unless he knows them well. Though strangers seem to think he is a high class noble of regal descent, when actually he's a librarian, historian and scout of Anduin's clan. After the events with Azazel, the imperial Regulus and the modern Regulus fused into one being. Though when it had begun Regulus frequently suffered from.flashbacks and memories of his imperial life before they organized into the dragon that now exists.

Unfortunately from the arcane elder that was a guardian dragon, Regulus's friend and leader Anduin has been working on trying to help him recover from his feae... Anduin being a guardian expressing a side not many see if the Scarred pearlcatcher.

Personality: Regulus is often kind, quiet, patient and hard to anger, he prefers reading over fighting in a spar but he won't refuse one either. He is Anduin's clan's historian and scout.
