༻ PERSONALITY ༺
"If thou gaze long into the Abyss..."

96epw1.jpg Silent, distrustful and mysterious, Seasaìdh originated from a forest covered in darkness, where it was always night. Her clan was fond of darkness, as she is. Seasaìdh has the power of the abyss in her, but she only found out about it after a strange trip to another world.
After that trip, she was sent back to her former home, but then she left again. She wanted to meet that knight again, or that pup - now an adult, she's sure of it - and help them. Tell them she's sorry for what happened.

Now she's stabilized in Midmoon, she can take a breath and think all about it. In the meanwhile, she enjoys herself with Crux, an old druid that comes and goes as he pleases. She discovered he takes his offspring away and worried about this, but he ensures it's okay since they've grown already.

If you're familiar with Artorias' story...
This happens right after the Chosen Undead travels to the past...

Seasaìdh lived near the borders of the world. There it was possible to feel the darkness of the void. Black is the absence of light and colors, they say. Apart from the others, this dragon was, somehow, attracted to darkness, but she never felt evil. There were no other living creatures there beside her clan and tall trees that darkened the forest.
Any other dragon that dared venture into the forest would be lost forever, swallowed by the abyss or turned into raging beasts.

But on this particular day, Seasaìdh got herself swallowed by the abyss. A portal opened and a giant dark hand pulled her away from her home. "What is this?", she asked many times, after arriving at another land. Another timeline, another storyline, perhaps.

In front of her, there was a bonfire. Up to the green corridor, she encountered a glade and a chimera that didn't care about her at all, as if it was waiting for someone else... Past it she heard noises of battle behind; finally, groaning and death.

Seasaìdh went on and found a big mushroom that talked to her. "Well, look at this one. From what far-away age hast thou come?" The dragon answered nothing, just stood there gazing into the light. Seas never saw the light this way before - her eyes were in pain. But soon she would get used to it.

"What is this for?" she wondered at another bonfire. After spending some time with the talking mushroom, she ventured deep into the forest. "Looks a little like my old home..." she thought. "Only if there was less light..."

After this, an old building, probably an arena, raised in front of Seasaìdh's eyes. She went on, seeing some weirdos along the way, while climbing down the Township - got to a cavern - a dark, gloomy cavern that she was somewhat fond of - until she found... him.

A great knight and his companion were fighting like their lives depended on it. Like many lives depended on it. As inexperienced as Seas was, the only thing she could do to help she did - fight off as many ghosts as she was able to, but they didn't stop appearing. The great knight was falling; his companion, still a pup, looked worried, scared...

Then it happened. Shielding the pup, the great knight created a light magic barrier. The ghosts swarmed him, breaking his left arm. Despite the pain, he pointed his sword upwards and looked right at Seasaìdh - an unknown dragon, helping him in battle. Never would he forget this. Not as a living creature. The ghosts continued their advance, taking little by little of his vitality. Seas tried to avoid it hitting a lot of them, but it was too late. The great knight fell in battle... an awful death. The pup stopped growling and howled horribly, crying his master's departure.

The ghosts then left, guarding the entrance of that place. Seas sit in front of the two friends, feeling sorry for not being able to save the great knight. The pup curled, crying, holding his dear shield. A token of sacrifice and love.
"Save yourself", Seas heard the knight say to the pup. "Avenge me when the time is right."

The ghosts returned, but this time, Seas was fighting alone. Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. One by one, the ghosts pushed her towards the dark cliff. It wasn't possible to see the end of it.
While hanging from the edge and trying to get up to fight, some ghosts wrapped the knight and he got up. Hope sparkled into Seas' eyes, but the pup was barking. The knight left the room walking slowly, ignored by the ghosts, and leaving behind a trail of corrupted sludge. Some ominous force pulled her from below, making her fall.

When she woke up, she saw IT. The evil itself conjured massive dark orb magic that wrapped around her like what happened to the great knight. She thought it was her end, but her connection to the darkness absorbed the dark magic into herself, giving her the power of the abyss.

The magic wasn't effective against either. The enemy then stopped attacking and grabbed her - the giant hand from before was his. He throws her against a wall, but she never felt the stroke. A portal opened and swallowed her again into the present, back to the dark forest.

After this, she left home in hopes of finding new places and creatures to meet. Her final destination was Midmoon Snowfields, where she finally decided to live.
