Tiamat believes that there are deities older than the current elemental ones, and is obsessed with finding them. She can often be found scouring old catacombs and digging through ruins. The clan often benefits from these outings. She brings back trinkets and treasures from all over. While obsessed she is far from stingy and has no problem giving the majority of her findings to Atula to distribute as needed. Lore and Mythos have acquired several old records due to her trips and Afflux has made a deal with her to provide him with any dark magic items she may find.

One of the reasons she is so willing to assist Afflux is that he in essence saved her. She was dropped off as an egg, rotting and crumbling away. Afflux used is skills as an alchemist to save the egg and thereby converting her into a bogsneak. She understands and appreciates the second chance she was given, so will go out of her way to be on the lookout for things he may take interest in. She also realizes that what he is after may help lead to the knowledge she desires.




 		She has set up a shrine to a multi headed dragon like being. Some initially thought it was an emperor, but she has corrected them on that misconception. In truth, she thinks part of the reason emperor dragons were allowed to form was due to the old gods. What she is unsure of is how and why. It could be lingering magic or it could be direct interference. Her mate Vhaeraun often joins her on these trips, as long as they are away from the water. He often stands guard allowing her focuses on her search.
