PERSONALITY:
Shaw's a good, if energetic, kid. She's a little naive, a little gullible, but earnest and eager with not a malignant bone in her body. She's also a horrible rumor-monger and, as if by karmic retribution, her crush on Satet is one of the worst-kept secrets in Clan Stormbay. Shaw loves grand stories with fancy royalty and noble warriors, and loves even more the idea of participating in such an adventure. She's not a bad cook, either, though she doesn't really know what to do with fancier ingredients.

HISTORY:
Shaw's a small kid from a podunk town on the far side of Carrion Canyon. Her clan wasn't doing so hot, and decided to migrate to the Windswept Plateau in search of greener pastures. That didn't sit well with Shaw, a devout of the Stormcatcher. When everyone left, Shaw remained.

She traversed the whole of the Expanse, running on her own two feet and gliding on her own wings. She wasn't the quickest, but she was agile and got very good at using her terrain to propel her forwards. She arrived on the Stormcatcher's doorstep a dust-coated wanderer. Fortunately the Boss can find work for anyone who comes to him, even a tiny little Wildclaw from the middle of nowhere.

Shaw was issued a courier's golem, a tiny thing that is usually deconstructed into parts in Shaw's pouch. At a command from its gauntlet, the parts jumble together to form the golem. Once whole, it can record and repeat any number of messages stored in its memory bank. Additionally, Shaw (perhaps foolishly) signed herself up for an experimental program where she would be fitted with a pair of powerpacks that could, to an extent, be tapped into to enhance her abilities.

With these tools in her possession, as well as an official Stormcatcher Industries ID badge, Shaw was given the big o-kay and a figurative slap on the rear. She was assigned to a small handful of clans, the largest of which was Stormbay, as their official Stormcatcher Industries representative. She would be responsible for running their messages to and from the Tempest Spire, as well as helping with any Science(TM)-related projects that fell within official sponsorable project guidelines according to the lightning handbook ver. 43.89.5.

CURRENT PLOTS:
Shaw comes and goes relatively often, being a courier. She seldom ever reads other peoples' mail, but when she does she's not terribly shy about sharing the contents with others. A good source of information, Shaw is pretty loose-lipped. When she's not working, she can usually be found hanging out or mooning over Satet.

Has a big 'ol dragon crush on Satet.

The extranatural denizens of Stormbay, such as Tegleu, Hazel, and Beef give Shaw the heebie jeebies, but she's actively trying to take a more accepting approach to their existences. They are fascinating, from a strictly scientific standpoint.
