Amaranth Moth Familiar This distinctive moth has deep reds and purples running through its leafy wings. Seraphine The Entomologist words words words "A quote or something belongs here." Curious, soft-spoken, excitable. Usually much nicer than her mate and much gentler, but does enjoy hunting with Viryd and is quite capable of disemboweling something if she wants to. Prefers insects and meat (and eats the former like potato chips). Her favorite food is Miths, which some might say combines the two. Luna Mith Familiar This otherwordly insect's wings hum with a soothing melody. 1500 Joined the clan with Viryd because Viryd wanted to, but was pleasantly surprised to find that the lab staff were lacking an expert in bugs. Seraphine now helps out around the lab by catching and cataloging various insects, investigating their properties and effects, and occasionally serving some up for dinner. She also often works with Mako to figure out what the heck his experiments have done to the little pests, and gets excited over studying something new. Occasionally one of the senior staff members will tell her off for bringing Viryd into a restricted section again, but they know the two Imperials are valuable to the clan and their hearts aren't really in it despite it being protocol, so Seraphine continues to let Viryd back in whenever she likes. The pair sometimes amuse themselves by seeing how often they can do this without being caught, though other times Viryd feels too lazy to go to the trouble and instead amuses herself by listening to Seraphine being lectured. Mate: Viryd. Few have any idea how or why such different individuals would become partners. Perhaps the first impression of Seraphine's abode is that of an aviary. The main room is large and full of plant life, while various creatures flutter to and fro. Upon closer inspection, however, the space is not filled with birds, but rather insects. Large beetles, vibrant butterflies, fuzzy moths, winding centipedes, buzzing bees, and darting dragonflies all have a home within this enclosure. These are her pets and her companions, and while she will happily invite you in if you express interest, deities help you if you harm her bugs in any way. Visitors will need to watch the ground underfoot to ensure they don't accidentally crush a Hardshell or disrupt a trail of Pharaoh Ants.
