I imagine him as quite the proud and noble young dragon. He's strong and trained in the art of fighting, but he'd prefer not to engage in such dirty, filthy endeavors. Instead he is an excellent tactician and planner. He would be excellent at planning the guarding of the clan since he gives great attention to detail.
He has a great interest in magic, but since neither of his parents were very spiritually awakened he never got any training in magical combat. In his spare time he'll often practice his magical abilities. He never really show what fruit his practice bears, he never says it, but he's a bit shameful of his ... Not so impressive skills. What he doesn't know, is that he's actually quite good.
The things he make are most often either jewlery or magically infused plants. He tends to his garden in the darkest hours of the night, and in the pale light of the moon glowing roses, living, moving vines and leafs dancing like ballerinas bloom under his watch full care.
If anyone find his secret garden they would probably be amazed, but he doesn't believe that. So he clings to what he's good at, the planning, the strength Burried deep in his muscles and enjoyss his quiet nights when he gets to expand on his magical abilities.
His personality is very proud, sometimes a bit annoying and Braggy, but never purposefully mean. He's very loud and used to attention, he will often talk over more shy, quiet dragons in his excitement to share something - it's inconsiderate, but never done in ill intent. He's working on it

____Also popularly called "the Terrace Garden", the Garden of Night is located on one of the upper floors of the Disillusionists' main lair. By day, the garden plants are drab green, the flowers closed up tight. But when night falls, the garden awakens, bioluminescence pulsing through branches and leaves, flowers unfurling to drink up the light of the moon and the stars. While it is a lovely place for a midnight stroll, those who are actually allowed entrance are few: The garden is jealously guarded by its Senior Overseer, Amaryllis, and just as carefully tended by the clan's horticulturists and herbalists, who harvest rare magical and medicinal substances from the night-blooming plants.
