Takahashi
Nan-ni shimasho-ka?

Graygarden's resident cook - not that they need a cook, really, farmers are generally capable of feeding themselves. But it's what Takahashi's best at and the Supervisors do so love efficiency. And consistency, which is something Takahashi is fantastic at. You're going to be eating a lot of noodles if you stop at Graygarden.

Takahashi isn't much for conversation; attempts to communicate invariably result in a single incomprehensible sentence. They're not expressive, either, which means outsiders make maybe two attempts at conversation and then give up. Graygarden's settlers seem to have a better time understanding their cook; White in particular can often be found having long, apparently not-one-sided conversations with them.

Takahashi, curiously, seems to be a sort of advisor to the Supervisors; their opinions hold a lot of sway, especially over visitors, and if Takahashi seems to dislike someone they're not going to be welcome in the settlement for long. Perhaps this is reasonable, they meet everyone and they're often overlooked as a prying eye, but it's still an awful lot of power for a simple cook to hold.

OOC Notes
Fallout 4 fandragon! A fleshed-out minor character, so half OC and half canon, kinda.
• The supervisors see Takahashi as a sort of uncle/aunt figure; Gray, the dragon who raised them, was friends with Takahashi. Graygarden was in fact originally Takahashi's territory, the settlement was built upon it much later.
• Communicates through small gestures and tonal changes. Most of Graygarden's settlers can only understand the basics, with only the supervisors and a handful of others being "fluent". Takahashi's able to speak Common Draconic fluently, they just don't wanna. Their unusual manner of communication started as them trolling people who couldn't comprehend someone preferring not to speak, and then they realized they liked it and stuck with it.
