Freya is the female counterpart to Phoenix, at least when it comes to her profession. However, she takes clients of a slightly more 'edgy' nature.
Freya and her sister Aloysia were inseparable growing up. Freya often found herself taking care Aloysia, and as they both grew older the stress between them grew. Freya wanted to live her own life, but often found herself staying in to keep her sister happy. Eventually Aloysia immigrated to an allied clan, now the two sisters visit for holidays and exchange letters whenever possible. “Pain redeems all. It is the awareness of life, a reminder of death.”

In mythology, Freya was a warrior goddess, a Valkyrie, and also the goddess of sensual love. Freya alba is a plant in the sunflower family. The linden, Tilia europaea, was Freya's sacred tree.
