Arrival

Flying was alright. The wind beneath his wings tended to buffet him about, the open skies seemed just a bit too open at times. Flying was alright, but he would almost always rather be sitting in their lair, watching over some hatchlings or picking at dinner together. Bird dove, cutting through Arrival's thoughts like a knife through the air, angling a sharp turn towards the water. If there was anything he disliked more than flying above land, it was flying above the ocean, where the wind was so unpredictable- but he did love to see her happy. Bird shot down towards the sea, diving into the ocean with a loud crow- and of course, Arrival was right there behind her to make sure she was alright. When she bobbed up to the surface, her he was still high above the surf, trying his very best not to upset her with his own momentary panic over her well being. He shook his head as she took off from the surface like a duck, following her back towards their lair.
