Established as a trading company, the Navigator Guild of Merchant and Explorers has grown to be a widely renowned enterprise, whose main goals is charting safe and profitable trading routes for allied clans. Currently sitting at over 30 in-house members and many more scattered through allied clans, the Guild is under guidance from Guildmaster Farris, his wife, Guildmaster Nephilim, and their chief associate, Fleetmaster Charlotte.

Through diplomatic affairs, Navigator Envoys will focus on mapping charted routes to be used by trading vessels navigating between clans, by either water travel or flight. The Guild's massive collection of maps is the most valuable asset and is securely stored on the Navigator Museum, for all allies to use. Requesting use of Navigator Routes usually involves a new alliance and a small share of profit. Profit, to the Guild, isn't always money, often being new Guildmembers scouted around Sornieth.

Leadership

Farris – Guildmaster (and also Neph's husband)
Founder and current leader of the Guild. A family man who is in charge of out-of-clan diplomacy and alliances, while Neph manages operations.
Dragons under his management: Severo, Elena, Maria, Mercurio, Newport

Nephilim – Guildmaster and In-House Manager
Co-founder and vice-leader of the Guild. A business-dragoness who puts the Guild's best interests above all else, including her family. The main reason for the guild's success.
Dragons under her management: Libra, Atlas, Shura, Cypress and his underlings

Charlotte – Fleetmaster
Co-founder and, since her return to Porto, fleetmaster of the Navigator vessels. Manages in-house trades and commerce. As business driven as Nephilim, but a bit more adventurous.
Dragons under her management: All of the Lionfish Gang, Valter and Vyssa

Robbert – Townskeeper and Harbor Manager
Co-founder and, since his return to Porto, manages harbor traffic. Also the dragon responsible for keeping tabs on all the subclans and ensuring citizens are happy. The most accessible of the Guildmasters.

Upper Management

Severo – Navigator Submanager (e pedra no sapato da Neph)
Navigator Vice-leader and manager in Farris and/or Neph's absence. Manages guild contracts and keeps tabs on all managers. Reports directly to Farris.
Dragons under his responsibility: Caito and Wolf

Mirena – Treasury and Hoard manager, Accountant
Coinmaster. Manages guild finances and contracts. Reports directly to Farris.
Dragons under her responsibility: Sveta, Iddras, Andras

Cypress – Head of Security
Acts as chief of Guild security, escorting managers when needed. Makes sure dragons in debt to the guild are kept... In-line. Also deals with Dom efforts. Reports directly to Neph.
Dragons under his responsibility: Juca, Caju, Brie

Eldbjorg – Town Judge
Head of Justice. Used to act under Cypress, but eventually was granted status of manager by Farris for his reliable and trustworthy nature. Manages arrests, and punishments in-town.
Dragons under his responsibility: Helvandr, Brejdallir, Ragnir, Solveig, Signe

WAVE WONDER WALTZ

From the 2017 Wavecrest In-Flight Event run by me, of which Nephilim was the hostess

On Farris request, Neph acted as the main hostess of the grand ball and dance organized by the Navigator Guild of Merchants to celebrate the Guild's ongoing success (and potentially attract new allies). After renting the large ballroom - now renamed to be the Navigator Ballroom and Museum -, Farris and his family received dragons of many clans from all over the Sea of a Thousand Currents. Sadly, a gigantic Wave Sweeper broke into the place at night, when only their two daughters were in, and took Nephilim's eldest child, Maria, away, gravely injuring Elena in the process.

While Farris focused on making sure the Wave Sweeper was found and Maria was rescued, Nephilim stayed behind to care for her younger daughter, who was in a pretty bad shape.

It took a lot of investigation as well as exploring the Levitos Sweeper's den to finally locate Maria. The Sweeper put up a great fight but it was finally defeated. Thanks to the help of the guests, Maria was brought back home safely by the Navigator's newly made allies. In the end, the family was able to thank all dragons that had helped them.

Lady Neph
The navigator vice-leader, who manages the money and deals with employees. She is quite popular for being a better and more benevolent boss than Farris, having more patience and appearing to care more about them. She doesn't really, but she knows they need to be happy to work more so she keeps them satisfied with their jobs.

She lives for her daughters and is very fancy. Although not your typical classical beauty, her looks have an exotic flare that gets a lot of attention. She has very little memory of her birth family and was a street urchin as a child, fleeing exalt armies and working in Porto's Clock Tower until she started working for Farris, eventually becoming his wife. Rumour has it that Neph stole Farris from his first wife, although nobody knows how much the rumour is truth.

"Oh, oh, oh! Nonsense, I did not steal anybody from anybody. She was a jealous freak who did not want to be with the guild at all. It's not my fault my Farris isn't a sentimental fool like she was."

Her early life as a street urchin made her a very combat savvy dragon, however, and her slender and elegant appearance can be quite deceiving as Neph is not only a good brawler but very interested in combat and keeping up with any updates from the Exalted Armies. She is the dragon in charge of overseeing Exalts and the one you'd go to solve matters of Dominance.

She juggles many tasks at once and is a very smart woman.

Family life
So long as the guild is not involved, Neph really does care a lot for her family, specially her two daughters, spoiling them whenever she can. Luckily, both girls aren't very demanding otherwise Neph would have very likely made them into spoiled brats.

She has a strained relationship with her other children who take residence in other clans, mostly because their job as Guild Envoys in other clans bring out the worse sides of her, where she'd rather focus on their jobs than on their personal lives. For that, it's very common for her children in other clans to ultimately lose personal contact with their mother.

"Hm, excuse me?! I have a very good relationship with them, thank you?! I keep very close contact with every single one of them who writes me. Glaucus, father of Kat, Apolo, Giorgio, Sigurd are all in good terms with me. Now, it's not my fault if the others aren't calling, is it? I'm a busy woman, what am I supposed to do? Maybe they just want to live their lives without me butting in. Ugh."

She often butts heads with Farris over their conflicting priorities between Guild and Family, but at the end of the day they balance each other out for the best of both ends.

– Nephilim and her family were the reason I became so obssessed with spruce as a color, which kickstarted my spruce collection so they get the honor of being the first dragons in my lair and my main lore characters :)
