“You hungry?” Seto asked, holding back laughter and he looked at Kano’s bright red face.
Kano grinned. “Yeah.”
“Hang on, don’t go anywhere. I’ll be right back.” Seto turned his back and galloped into the woods to find food. He was a hunter, after all, and gathering berries and bugs seemed easy enough to do.
Kano laid himself onto the ground and flopped his tail over his hind legs patiently.
After a few minutes, Seto returned carry a medium sized pouch and a dead boar between his jaws. He tossed the pouch to Kano, who caught it between his claws. Kano pawed open the pouch, and small berries, leaves, and insects tumbled out. Kano smiled as he saw his favorite foods inside the pouch. “Thanks, Seto.”
“No problem!” Seto smiled. He turned himself to face the excellent view from the grassy green cliff they were sitting upon. The sky was blue and the clouds were fluffy like cotton candy. A waterfall was not far from their location, and it's loud, tumbling water was slightly audible. Seto felt a tap on his shoulder.
He turned just in time to see Kano move into him and kiss him. Seto stood there for a second, then leaned into Kano. He felt his heartbeat against his, and for a whole minute, he felt as if nothing else in the world mattered but this.
They broke apart, and Seto blushed bright red, which Kano found adorable.
“H-hey… Kano?” Seto stammered.
“Yes?” Kano asked expectantly.
“I… love you.”
“...Me too.”

This love spell comes with safeguards--it's sealed with a kiss, both before and after the rite, and anything less than "true love's kiss" will result in an imperfect and quickly-fading enchantment. The dragons involved should hold hands from opening kiss to closing, and recite the spell together. Kissing during the spell is fine (if a tad excessive).
