B I O G R A P H Y

Oscar was three days old when he brought his first dragon back to life. He was in the field playing with another clan hatchling. They were betting bored, so they wandered around, and eventually found a cliff. They were seeing who could get closer to the edge, when the rocks crumbled under the other hatchlings feet. He plummeted down to his death. Oscar screamed and ran down to him. When he got there, he saw that the hatchling wasnt breathing. He wailed for help, as he lay their hugging the little broken hatchling. He heard foot steps and spun around, to see a unfamiliar dark dragon, covered in black robes. "You need to help him!" The dark dragon just stood there, watching Oscar. "HELP HIM!" Oscar screeched at the dark dragon. The dragon calmly walked to Oscar, and set a paw on the hatchling.
Then he faded away. The little hatchling started to gasp and cough. Oscar leapt up with relief,
overjoyed that he was ok.
It wasn't until months after, that Oscar realized the dark dragon he saw was in fact, death himself.

B I O G R A P H Y

As Oscar got older he realized he could not only bring people back to life, but he could take life too. If he wanted someone to die, all it took was a single word, and Death would come and take them. He controlled Death. He knew he had to keep his power a secret, and has never told anyone about it.

Oscar eventually came to terms with this. At first, he was terrified, and didn't speak for months, to scared to even say anything. But as he got older, he started to understand his power more. He also started to understand death more. Everyone around him saw it as a terrible thing, that takes loved ones away. Oscar saw it differently though. While dragons dread death, Oscar welcomes him as an old friend. He knows that death is nothing to be afraid of. Oscar is very religious, and believes that everything happens for a reason. Because of this, he has yet to bring another dragon back to life, or take a life.
