In the Windswept Plateau, a soft bewitching melody always lingered from the delicate clouds high in the sky. It was the song of a siren named Rin, who was banished from her home in the Tsunami Flats.

No one truly knew who the siren was or why she now occupied the clouds of the plateau, but only that dragons enraptured by her gentle melody never returned from above.
