Background:
The Inner Circle: The Circle consists of a small group of golden first generation dragons that were collected together by the clan leader Victoria. They have been confined to a tower near the Beacon of the Radiant Eye since they arrived but are extremely pampered and well taken care of. There seems to be a spell of some kind surrounding the tower that keeps them from flying away, at least this is what the other clan members like to tell themselves. It's not really clear if Victoria sees them as a way to become closer to Lightweaver or if she just likes boasting about having so many rare dragons in her clan. The group is extremely isolated and not exactly well educated so they aren't the brightest bunch, but they sure are pretty to look at.
