_______ Acanthus is the caretaker of the clan's vault, the one that keeps it organized and gets rid of anything that the clan no longer needs. He came into the job after a hard moment in his life, needing some kind of structure; Svarus generously offer him the job, knowing the wildclaw just needed some time alone and something to focus on. He was offered the job permanently when the managers saw how well he was taking care of the vault.

Presently, Acanthus is romantically involved with Autumn, a local scavenger and the one who hauls off anything that is removed from the vault, so the two see a lot of each other. Before Autumn, however, - before he became the vault caretaker- he was with Belinda. This is a little known fact, as Acanthus rarely talks about the relationship, Belinda, or his daughters. As far as anyone is aware, Belinda and their daughters were a normal family, once upon a time. It's unknown what took over the three pearlcatchers, but whatever it is forced Acanthus away from them as well. 		_______
