Sari's family was said to been cursed by bad luck. Her mother was cast out and found shelter in the home of a priest. Sari came of their union and was lucky that she was able to easily hide the aspects of her curse from the priest. She became a novice of the Light at an early age at her mother's behest and has been part of the ranks ever since. Sarynae is blind and her eyes are a dull grey to reflect this. She gave up her sight to aid another and thus tries to not let it be a burden upon her. Classified as a 'goodie-two-shoes' by the pirate Colleen, it is surprising she hasn't given away more. Her mate is Trist, her guardian and protector who she loves dearly.
