Biography
The male moved with a gait that could only be described as a dragon who knew he was always the smartest one in the room. He seemed to have no worries and was completely sure of himself at all times. With a natural affinity for logic and learning, he loved a good mental challenge or quick game of chess, and many dragons couldn't keep up with some of his logical ramblings on philosophy or scientific breakthroughs.
However, when their father Echo disappeared, everyone, including his sister Magika, turned to Reason first for logical explanation. He helped in searching for answers for the first couple of weeks, but when things became bleak, he was rather straight-forward in his stance. "I will not look for answers where there are none. The possibilities are endless, and we have no leads. Until proof presents itself, I will not mourn, nor will I dedicate my pursuits on chasing ghosts."
Magika, of course, was appalled, but knew her brother meant well. He would be the rock on which she stood when she was at her lowest point, always there to comfort her and explain away her fears, as he'd always done. She couldn't always handle his assuredness, but appreciated his input nonetheless, especially when it came to parenting her three children alone. If it weren't for Reason, the kids would be much more troublesome than they turned out to be, although he was only ever able to talk Velocity into staying, while the others ran off to join some clan in nature.
When RazedEcho came to the clan claiming to be their father, Reason's senses told him otherwise. He shunned the new fae immediately, instead focusing his efforts on being there for Magika through the strange situation, while also keeping an eye out for any logical inaccuracies in the answers "Echo" provided to their questions.
As time went on, and Magika explained her plan to try and trap him with a loaded question, Reason helped her practice the situation so she could confidently trap the fae in his lies, and finally free them of the deceiver.
When Echo finally returned as his true self, a weight was lifted from Reason's heart. All those years he had to hide the fact that he worried for his father's safety, just to keep Magika sane and well. Relief washed over him, and his stand-offish gait finally relaxed for the first time in years. Happily, he engaged in jokes and silliness, and rejoiced at the return of their father.
