Jaecar

Uncouth and reckless, Jaecar is always the first to charge into battle, his random actions often jeopardizing Tufan's well thought out plans. Jaecar believes in solving everything with tooth and claw fighting, rarely stopping to think what danger is actions might put his team into.
His younger days in a small, backwater Clan taught him that's it's every dragon for themselves. Feed yourself or die. Learn to fight against dragon twenty times your size or die. Trust no one, or die. This rough past makes his wary of nearly everyone around him, even his long time friends and fellow members of the Senshuken, Tufan and Armonie, he sometimes has trouble trusting. Though he is similar to Tufan in the sense he is reserved and doesn't trust many, he is Tufan's polar opposite at the same time. Tufan is simply uncommunicative and keeps quiet, while Jaecar is quick to lash out, showing others only anger. Tufan will warm up to others in the span of weeks. Jaecar might not warm up to someone in the span of years.
However, though Jaecar still doesn't truly trust them, or can confide in them, and constantly argues with them, deep down Jaecar cares a lot for his fellow members of the Senshuken. He would protect them with his life, one of his main motives for jump into danger being to put himself between them and the danger, though never really thinking if he might add to that danger. He considers Tufan and Armonie his friends, despite all the shouting matches with Tufan, and his annoyance at Armonie's constant chatter, and he would do nearly anything to protect the only friends he has, and has ever had. He still lies about his past -- though Tufan can tell he's lying -- and he might never open up about his early days.

Jaecar can be quite the grump as well. Having never been taught manners when he was younger, plus his anger problems, it's impossible to bring Jaecar into any formal setting or meeting. In Tufan's words, Jaecar seems to have the power to ruin any formal or calm atmosphere with a single word. Therefore, if the teams goes to any meeting where they must make a good impression Jaecar is normally asked to stay outside. He doesn't care.
Any social rules seem to go right over Jaecar's head. Whether it's cutting in line, or a basic thank you, Jaecar just doesn't seem to understand. A simple "thank you" or "you're welcome" seems impossible for him to say, and if in a rush or just simply in a bad mood -- which is the majority of the time -- he'll cut a line, bat someone aside, or just start a fight out of annoyance. His bad-temper makes other avoid him.
