The dragoness happily dances on the top of the waves, her massive wings stirring up the water and her claws creating the spray of sea. Oh, how she loves to dance. Many storms are created from her dances alone and can last for days if she is in a good mood. Unknowingly, many ships have become victim to her dances.

While born in the earthen flight, the sisters heeded the call of the sea. Kaiyo, her sister, took to the deepest waters. Her strength allowed her to move the waters and pass judgement on all those who enter her domain. Sakumi didn't have the heart for such a heavy task. She became the foam of the sea, dancing on the top of the waves and brushing against the shore. While considered the less detached sister, she is far from gentle. Her massive form can create storms with waves of unimaginable height and whirlpools four times the length of most ships. Of course, her heart can not think of such consequences.

Sailors have tried to bribe her the same as her sister but Sakumi does not care for things and boats chasing her will never be strong enough to join her in dance. No, seasoned sailors know to seek out her sister or stand on the shore and sing. It doesn't matter if the pitch is wrong or the voice cracks. She just likes to dance within the company of others.
