No matter how much one tries, one will never get a word out of Ioske. It won't matter how intriguing a tale is or how perplexing a situation might be. A mute is a mute. A mute has no voice. Therefore, no one will ever hear Ioske's voice. But they will clearly see what little emotion he cares to show, though, being a Fae as he is. If he does need to exchange words, he'll likely pull out a piece of parchment and a piece of charcoal. Paper is a hassle, though, so if no words are needed, he'll not waste a tree.

Ever silent though he might be, Ioske is quite the mathematician. He also has a strange pull towards the sea. Why a dragon from the Shifting Expanse would have such an attraction, he has no idea, but he certainly does not mind accompanying sailors and merchants.
