Biography

Megumi
"Blessing"

Megumi is a sister goddess to the god Noroi, who has lived as long as he has. She has borne witness to many events most drakes have long forgotten with the flow of the sands of time, and often reminisces on calmer, peaceful days. Her focus is on the brighter things in life, and she does her best to steer others in that direction. She believes that small hints and gentle nudges will bring others to happier times, and that sharing too much of the past, present, and future could lead to heartache and strife. Noroi, however, is more vocal of his darker visions, and often thwarts Megumi's attempts at guiding others to a lighter fate. Due to this, the two argue constantly, and oftentimes Megumi will have to spend her time keeping Noroi silent, and thus isn't able to help others as often as she'd like. Megumi often envisions happier times, and with subtlety and rhyme she acts as a guiding light to those who approach her. Despite her best efforts, however, many dragons find themselves losing their opportunity at a bright future, either misinterpreting the lighter goddess or just simply giving up when times are tough. Many are left scarred by their failures at her behest, and while Megumi does her best to aid them, she cannot change their fate on her own. Perhaps the aid of another is needed...

Noroi
"Curse"

Noroi is a brother god to the goddess Megumi, who has lived as long as she has. He has borne witness to events none can recall to this day, and is often focused more on the ways to avoid the worst of fates. He wishes to share what he's seen, both past, present, and future, to the dragons of his clan. Megumi, however, believes that silence and minimal revelations are the key to a brighter future. The two argue over it constantly, and more often than not Megumi does her best to bar Noroi from speaking to others due to his grim visions. Noroi often sees the worse of the options, and advises those as best he can on how to avoid such a fate, often in great detail. The few times he's been allowed to speak to others of their own plights, however, the drakes either break under the weight of the knowledge they bear, or their attempts to avoid the grim prophecy leads to their downfall. Noroi tries his best to help, but alone, he cannot do much. Perhaps the aid of another is needed...

My thoughts on Capsule.

I like to imagine that the pouch is like a mini cauldron. So basically the food they eat instantly becomes goo the color of their tertiary. That liquid is literally melted food stuff.

Maybe take it a step further. Say some dragon isn't too bright and they eat a trinket or something like that. Boom. Sludge, Muck, Slime, etc. They realize they can now eat everything and still be okay because they literally became the transmute section of the Cauldron.

Just imagine momma dragons' panic when they realize that their baby literally just ate their stuffed fox doll because they wanted to see more of that random color liquid slosh around in that little pouch. Dads, however, celebrate at the discovery of their new little bottomless pits that just made the cleaning of the den 10x easier. XD

A deeper look into Capsule.

I would think it isn't hard due to the fact that the dragon would basically have the equivalent of a giant rod holding them in a specific position if it was solid (baby Coatls would always be in that cute belly-up position and Spirals would stay in that exact spiral for the rest of their lives). However, I'd think that it was still somewhat durable due to the fact that, if it wasn't, the dragons would have to have some serious protection on just to leave their home.

As for the viscosity of the liquid inside, I have a mini headcanon on that. Capsule is a Baldwin Gene that can be brewed at level 19 with 110kt and some other supplies. This sort of thing is always associated with something from Alchemy, either with Poi/Tox resembling unstable concoctions or with Skink/Spin resembling a familiar that can be brewed. So, why can't capsule be akin to a mini Cauldron? The color inside may be reminiscent of the dragon's tertiary color, but it could technically be any single result of some form of transmutation.

My headcanon splits here. Either a) By mixing the objects together, the dragon gets a scroll that gives them a clear belly, and their own body transmutes the 110kt to complete the capsule look (which pays off with each and every generation as, in a sense, a child is truly priceless to the parent, but alchemists still don't know how this is truly passed down), or b) When everything is mixed together, the alchemist pays a fine of 110kt to take away the "experimental" scroll so they don't deal with legal issues down the road, and upon use of the scroll they automatically have the inner fluid inside the capsule gene.

In either case, I actually can picture these dragons with capsule being able to eat just about anything and everything because the fluid inside the capsule gene works much like the cauldron (transmutation and decomposition), and since the majority of the color is the color of the tertiary, no new color is made inside. They literally become the perfect bottomless pit to easily clean all their messes up with.

This has lead to some funny lore scenarios planned in my clan (momma dragons panicking about their hatchlings eating their new stuffed doll so they could watch a transmutation occur inside their little tummies and papa dragons celebrating the newest solution to cleaning the lair with their little bottomless pit). But hey, that's just my take on it.

The free-spirited, artistic goddess of the sunset. She is said to follow the sun as he crosses the sky in his gleaming golden glory, always painting the sky various shades of deep red, orange, and gold in his wake. She and her sister, the goddess of Sunrise, are both celebrated by Light clans at an annual festival, held in July. Wind clans worship them as well, mostly for their creative nature and constant traversing of the skies.
