Epaul.
He scouts the clan territory and brings fairness through out the clan, he listens to arguments and pick them apart little by little till those are in the argument feel silly or embarrassed of making an argument. he makes sure nobody get greedy the clan or he will swipe the money and give it to the poorer dragons, because the story of robin hood inspires him

This dragon is one of my three Dragoteers (musketeers) in my lair they have a big role in my lair. they are in the 4th tier of power/rule in my clan, they will report any thing that goes about in my lair and has the authority to ask things to the higher tiers of the clan to solve problems and cass fairness in the clan and they swore protection of the clans life
