Biography
If I ever remake a lore-based lair:
[ the castle ] The castle is the home of Yzra, founder of Lygtiëm, and his family (1). If for many the Skydancer is to be considered as a king, the palace is in truth very modest, and open to all. The Observatory (2), the Library (3), and the Gardens (4) are the prime example of that fact. Yzra is far from considering himself as a king, and enjoys receiving visitors in his home, whether they are city dwellers or foreigners. |
[ the ministry ] Yzra can't run the city on his own, therefore he created a ministry to help take care of the city's affairs. Each minister is responsible for a department, and were chosen by Yzra himself. They are all friends of his, but chosen for their skills more than for their emotional connection. However, Yzra doesn't realize that some of her friends are cheats... |
[ the barracks ] Located outside the palace grounds, the barracks is the place where soldiers live and train. There are several houses, each accommodating 3 dragons, and the training grounds are separated from the houses. There's also a canteen, and a special access to the port, which avoids having to go through the city in case of emergency. Barracks are an open space, so anyone can go in and out; the only rule is to be careful. |
[ dunn ] Dunn is an subterranean city, located beneath Lygtiem. Access to the underground is very limited, the passages being well hidden, making it the perfect ground for criminals and other thugs. The vast majority of Dunn's inhabitants come from the surface, and only go there to hide or buy and sell illegal items; only a few people really live there. There are hotels, merchants and traders, and fight rings. |
[ anrubee ] There you can hear a lot of sounds; laughs and outcries and happiness noises joined in a single place: a marvelous circus. A place where you can have fun, take a break from the city, and simply enjoy a moment of pure delight. It’s a place where your dreams can come true, where you can feel like a child again. But it’s also a family, artists forming a pack of their own, in a place where they feel accepted, where they are loved. |
[ the oceanic realm ] If the great majority of Lygtiëm's inhabitants live on land, others have chosen the ocean as their home. Some live close to the surface, others in the abyss. Even if a lot of inhabitants of the sea state it's better where it's wetter, rumors say that monsters are hiding deep within the ocean... |

[ nomads of dragonhome ] A tribe of nomads, that travels around Dragonhome. They sometimes visit the Oasis, Lystiëm, or smaller cities and villages, but they pass most of their time in the desert. They travel under the blessing of Wanderer, old spirit and protector of nomads and desert travelers. Page one have a project, page two still need one |
