Biography
Impulse buy! She looked kinda cool so I named her after a radioactive element! It's pronounced: 'TEK-KNEE-SHE-UM' apparently cx Her FL/GHT status is in Medic but she’s programming 3MP3R0R for Diplomacy :3
This cyborg heralds from the Shifting Expanse and was found by a TLoMR patrol. She was, assumedly, blasted into the ocean following a major technological malfunction in the Lightning territory that left parts of her severely fire damaged. The damage rendered her wings, tail and parts of her legs unusable. She also lost one of her eyes. She was swiftly carried into the Lair of Many References when one of the patrols found her on the shoreline, barely moving. She was soon nursed back to health by the clan witches, Belladonna and Amara (in a nest away from Alduin's containment facility), and soon given a nest to call her own. Himalaya and Sobek visit her from time to time for checkups and also herbal soothers for the pain. Using her skill as a mechanical engineer, she fashioned cybernetic parts to return body functions and managed to give herself a second chance at life. She has not managed to regain the ability to fly, rather has made herself a wingbrace to support the damaged structures she still has.
A tinkerer by nature, Technetium (or Tech) is often seen in her workshop working on small projects, repairing her Golem Gauntlet (that frequently likes to malfunction) or talking to Neptune, the Lair's resident scrap scavenger. She also babysits Verdigris, a metal corroding Coatl, since he can't be trusted elsewhere. She was granted the position of Lightning Rep because of her work keeping the lair up to date technologically. Technetium has also acquired a roommate- Transmissions, an alien entity that crashed landed not too long ago. They build better structures together, giving the Lair a bit more technological edge than other Labyrinth inhabitants. She also worked alongside Himalaya to give Brea the opportunity to live again by making his prosthetics.
Project Leader and Handler of PROJECT 3MP3R0R, Tech is responsible for the synthetic Emperor's existence and visits it for maintenance checks with Arwen. This proves somewhat difficult considering the multitude of dragons she's surrounded with, but she manages. In fact, the success of her little Android's intelligent and thought-provoking conversations has garnered interest from a certain third party organisation. She uses the funding to maintain the Android and sends them regular progress reports in the hope that her experiment changes the lives of dragons all over Sornieth.
Tech is a freelance Medic for FL/GHT in return for their involvement in 3MP3R0R’s development. She sneaks out of the Lair when she can to work on whatever they need her to do. It’s the least the cyborg can do, and hey...a life is a life, automated or not.

TECHNETIUM (MASURIUM) BASIC FACTS
Atomic Number: 43 Symbol: Tc Atomic Weight: 98.9072 Discovery: Carlo Perrier, Emilio Segre 1937 (Italy) found it in a sample of molybdenum that had been bombarded with neutrons; erroneously reported Noddack, Tacke, Berg 1924 as Masurium. Electron Configuration: [Kr] 5s2 4d5 Word Origin: Greek technikos: an art or technetos: artificial; this was the first element made artificially. Isotopes: Twenty-one isotopes of technetium are known, with atomic masses ranging from 90-111. Technetium is one of two elements with Z < 83 with no stable isotopes; all of technetium's isotopes are radioactive. (The other element is promethium.) Some isotopes are produced as uranium fission products. Properties: Technetium is a silvery-gray metal that tarnishes slowly in moist air. Common oxidation states are +7, +5, and +4. The chemistry of technetium is similar to that of rhenium. Technetium is a corrosion inhibitor for steel and is an excellent superconductor at 11K and below. Uses: Technetium-99 is used in many medical radioactive isotope tests. Mild carbon steels may be effectively protected by minute quantities of technetium, but this corrosion protection is limited to closed systems because of technetium's radioactivity. Element Classification: Transition Metal References: Los Alamos National Laboratory (2001), Crescent Chemical Company (2001), Lange's Handbook of Chemistry (1952), CRC Handbook of Chemistry & Physics (18th Ed.)
