Microlore: He hates surprises. He hates crowds. He hates loud noises and certain slimy textures. He hates feeling others' emotions so strongly in addition to his own. He grew up being known for his unpleasant disposition - biting and scratching and screaming. More than once, he scratched or bit himself hard enough to draw blood. Sometimes, when he was very scared by something, he would be found rocking quietly in a closet, his claws running along the ridged edges of coins.

It took a long time for him to find his words, and he mimics eye contact (though in truth he is looking over the other party's shoulder), and sometimes he seems to go off on odd tangents and make jokes that no one was expecting. He is well-liked by others in the clan, but he deeply values his solitude. Those who intrude unexpectedly are often met with a sharp tongue and ruffled feathers.

He is regarded among his clan as a master of herbs, be they aromatic or savory or poisonous. He developed a deep love of wild things and cultivation and earth worms, and when his parents discovered he was happiest in Oakrest's gardens under the patient tutelage of Bergamot, they set up an apprenticeship. He is quite enamored of hybridization and grafting fruit trees together, and given a few seasons, he has been known to develop stronger mints, hardier lavenders, and, well, at least redder poison berries. He doesn't honestly understand why anyone would want to poison anyone else, and if they all just let each other alone, no one would be mad anymore.

He is autistic, and he considers relationships with others mysterious and difficult.




-Younger brother of Henrick and Herros and Kelvin; Kelvin carved his bead necklace so that he'd have something to run his claws over to soothe himself (bracelet and the feathers tied to his tail for the same purpose)

-Works with Tevas and Kelliann on grafting and hybridizing, works with Sage in the herb gardens, and they and his brothers and Ash are about the only dragons he willingly socializes with (and even them for short periods of time)

-Doesn't quite understand why his brother Herros asks him to cultivate poisonous things...

-Came with Ash to Prufrock when Ash's mother was telling them about the peach trees in her home clan
