Cruel leader raised in a society where only the strong survived. Kelan is vicious and cunning, and never does anything unless it serves to benefit him. He would stab a friend in the back if he could gain from it. Despite his untrustworthy nature, Kelan has respect for those that was truly earned it and will stand with them in battle.

He quickly rose through the ranks by challenging superiors to battle, killing those he thought weak and impressing those with the same ideals. After years of hard work to reach second in command, he challenged Nithar for lead position of the syndicate. Backed by his supporters and Markus' group of rebels, Nithar stood down.

Though he initially thought Markus weak and insufferable for his talks of unity, Kelan grew to respect the honor-bound leader and eventually joined his side. He still thinks the leader too much of an idealist, but he begrudgingly helps in any way he can.
