Elof was not old when he left the Order. He saw how it was there. Children taught to use spears and swords, taught to fight the Shade before they could really comprehend it. They had tried to train him, too, but all he did was stand with the blade in his hand and cry. He was his father's first born, and he had failed them. It was quietly that he stole away. He left no note, just dissipated into the night. He took a meager sack of his things, and continued his father's legacy. He wandered. It wasn't long before he came across the Shadetouched, though, in the middle of the Carrion Canyon. He could not kill it, but he didn't have to. It accepted him as its own. And what a better wandering companion than one that simply wanders? |

Nomadic in nature, Elof is hard to pin down. He takes this to heart in both body and mind, and while elusive, his mind is often wandering. A dreamer at heart, Elof spends some of his free time doodling on cave walls or strange rocks he comes across in his travels. He is very quiet, and if one doesn't notice him it's easy for him to go unnoticed all together. He is rather subdued in nature, and doesn't draw much attention to himself. He is peace-loving, and will not raise a claw towards any adversary. He avoids any situation that looks like it's going south, and keeps any of his negative emotions to himself. He likes to meditate to purge them. His worst vice is indecisiveness, and would rather let someone else make his decisions for him. Even in his wandering, he merely follows his Shadetouched friend. |
