01/18/2022: It's been a year since my last entry and I'm going to say that I'm well! I still have days where I have depression, but I think I'm better at dealing with it. Much love to all the people I've met online and IRL for helping me through the dark days!
01/18/2021: We're halfway through January and it just feels like an extension of last year. I'm really trying my best to not fall back into depression, but it's tough.
01/01/2021: Happy New Year and hope life just gets better, you know?
09/06/2020: I am sorta here and sorta not, but I am checking in daily almost and getting back into FR again. Many thanks to my friends, you know who you are! My main goal is finish up gene projects right now. Wish me luck!
06/08/2020: Holy cow, so much has changed! Familiar feeding, dragon bio revamp, and more. I think it is going to take a little while to figure everything out again.
05/23/2019: I finally worked up the nerve to log on. It's been great traveling. No schedules, deadlines, or people to be held to accountable to. My favorite destination so far has been the oceans. I love the breeze on the sunny days. There's just something perfect about it. I'm amazed at all the changes that have happened while I've been gone. New breeds! New NPC who came bearing gifts! I look forward to visiting the site again when I've more time in the future, but until then - au revoir!
04/12/2019: I'm nervous as hell, but this is it. There's no backing out because I'm all packed, reservations have been made, and I've quit my job to do this. Wish me luck and I hope to return when I'm able again!
04/08/2019: I need to take a break away from the internet because the news and social drama stresses me out a lot right now. I'm taking some time off from work to travel and find myself. Hopefully. Perhaps I'll come back, maybe I won't. It really just depends on how the journey ends. So, I'll be tidying up here by selling hatchlings, stocking up on food, and rehoming some dragons who deserve better before Friday.
04/02/2019: I think the only reason why I log in is to keep a routine and because a couple friends keep bugging me to. I appreciate what they've been doing, but it's been godawfully hard to get up in the morning and be motivated. I guess that's why I have friends to help me through this.
03/18/2019: I really just am not feeling well these days. I'm in a funk. Gaming doesn't seem to help with taking my mind off of everything.
03/07/2019: Nothing seems to give back energy and I'm just so tired. I'm told having a routine and exercise helps with stabilization, I will try to create something for myself to stick to.
02/12/2019: Taking it day by day since things have been very bad emotionally. I apologize if a dragon I got from you is starving, but they aren't forgotten and I will feed them when I get online.
02/05/2019: Holiday season is always a difficult time for me. This year though I caught the flu and was bed ridden for two weeks. Just barely starting for feel normal again. I'll probably be in and out of FR as I get back into the groove of everything.
10/29/18: I'm trying to find ways to become a little more involved with the FR community. If anything, it's a good distraction when the days are worse than usual.
10/12/18: A few people convinced me to log in instead of taking a full hiatus since it might give me some motivation and inspiration to stay positive. Thank you, Flight Rising community, you move me to tears!
09/24/18: The Flight Rising community is so kind and supportive that I'm actually looking forward to coming back when IRL insanity is done. I'm not sure how long the hiatus will be, but I will be returning in the future!
09/12/18: Realized that I cannot handle being on a site like this AND deal with RL. Systematically going to be clearing out dragons and going on hiatus.
05/05/18: Things are still unstable, so I still won't be able to dedicate as much time as I'd like to Flight Rising. :( I am tentatively back.
07/25/17: Unfortunately, real life trumps the net one. I find that I will not be able to keep up on FR right now and am going to be quitting for the time being after my nests hatch.
