Rosario was born, and then she was alone. Not really, of course. Her parents were raiders and thieves, but they still knew she needed to be taken care of. No, it was not a physical loneliness, but an emotional one. A moral one. Rosario was timid and kind, and her whole family was cruel. Maiming for fun, for sport. It made her sick. But they lived, nomadic, on the Boneyard. There was only so much one can do before they run out of food. Or water. And they need to do something desperate. That's what her parents told her, right before she went off on her own. She assured them she would be fine, that she'd find a clan soon to take her in. After all, she was smart, and good at tactics, surely someone would take her. It was three months, at least, she thinks it was, before she saw another dragon. No amount of morning dew could quench her thirst. No fish could sate her hunger. It was a lonely caravan dragon, an old Pearlcatcher. She barely hesitated before she killed him, hitting him over the head with a rock and seizing all he had. It was only after her hunger was satisfied that she realized what she had done. |

Whether Rosario knows it or not, she inherited her parent's insatiable hunger. When under great stress, she seems to lose her sweet demeanor in turn into the beast her parents would have wanted her to be. Otherwise, Rosario is a mild dragon who tries to stay out of other's way's. She prefers to be overlooked than the center of attention. She is very smart, but doesn't like it brought up. She was hoping to find a clan what would let her sit and write all day instead of having to interact with a lot of dragons. She is rather timid of other dragons, but is also very kind. She boasts a heart of gold, despite being fearful of most others. She always wants to help out, so long as it's not within a bunch of dragons. However, she is loyal to a fault. Even her old family, who were one step from shunning her, hold a special place in her heart. Her loyalties hold, even if maybe they shouldn't have. |
